The City's Most Loved Designer
Closing out the 29 Days of Valentine, P. Valentine opened it's doors to some of Atlanta's hottest new designers. With collections inspired by Project Runway, the storefront was transformed into a showroom for the young, new and artistically rich designers.
Corey Davis of Plush .357 won the title of "the city's most loved designer" with his signature T-shirts and hoodies adorned with a pink cartoon elephant (brandishing a .357 magnum) winning over P.Valentine owners Sherlita Patton and Tracy Valentine, earning him the title as well as a window display in their boutique.
P. Valentine owners teamed up with Icon Style's Aaren Camille and publicist Nicole Garner to host this competition among Atlanta's up and coming designers; the top eight designer profiles were selected by public poll. Take a look at the finalists-The Destini Collection, Avnah Couture, Janelle Ford, deCrea Clothing, J.Peal Couture, House of Chapple and Jasmine Walker.
